Vehicles with excessive mud, sand, or heavy contamination may require additional charges or may not be eligible for service.
*Flat Parking Fee: For any service location requiring paid parking or valet access (e.g., condominiums, office buildings), a flat $5 fee will be applied to the service total.
*Access Permissions: Customers must ensure all necessary permissions or entry codes are provided for gated or restricted areas prior to our arrival.

Important Notes regarding our service
To ensure the best results for your vehicle, please understand the following:
Severe Contamination: While our waterless wash is highly effective, it is not designed for vehicles with excessive mud or heavy off-road buildup.
Stains & Etching: Deep water spots, acid rain etching, or permanent stains that have bonded with the paintwork may not be fully removed.
Physical Scratches: Our service cleans and protects your paint, but it is not a paint restoration service. We cannot remove physical scratches, chips, or swirl marks already present in the clear coat.
